C35E, 1.1181, C35, 1.0501, Ck35 - description

Unalloyed quality steel used in normalized, toughened and case-hardened condition. It is used to produce light-loaded machine parts, axles, shafts, crankshafts, levers, cylinders, piston rods, gears, wedges and fasteners.

The alloy has medium strength, high ductility and limited weldability.
